REFUND POLICY All transactions are recurring so membership is valid until canceled. Our sites are available for at least 99% of the time, we have an automatic password reminder system and technical support. We will issue refunds in the following events: Password not working due to a technical problem in the site for more than 48 hours, a refund will be issued worth of 1 month membership If the site is down for more than 48 hours or 24 hours in two separate events on the same calender month, we will issue a 1 month refund to any member asking for it. In case of an unauthorized use of a credit card by a minor, a maximum of 1 month membership value will be issued upon request. PRIVACY POLICY The privacy of our customers is very important to us.
